I’m Danny White, PE, CSP, with four decades in refining, chemicals, upstream, and offshore operations. I work with boards, executives, HSE and process safety leaders, and plant leadership on the process safety and risk applications that sit between management systems and the people who run the equipment.

Process Safety Excellence Training

My book, Process Safety Excellence: A Practical Reference Book for Operating Companies, publishes in hardcover this September. It is the foundation for the training and the clearest single picture of how I approach the work. The courses connect major-hazard principles, management systems, technical safeguards, and field execution. Participants see how process safety works as a complete system, recognize weakening conditions, ask better questions, and make sound decisions.

I develop the material and teach every session. Individuals can enroll in scheduled public courses. Organizations can arrange onsite training for their own groups.

Senior Advisory and Focused Engagements

Independent process safety and risk management support. The right fit is a consequential issue or a clearly defined assignment where the work needs experienced judgment, technical depth, or skilled facilitation.

Engagements include advice on a significant decision or initiative, workshops, and targeted audits or independent reviews. Support can be project-based, retained, or on call.
